Can’t say enough about this sternum binder, my husband has a very large chest 58 inches to be exact . His. first surgery caused thorax complication, I immediately researched the Internet found Qualibreath web site , ordered binder before second surgery, it was a successful recovery with the application of a qualibreath chest binder following surgery.
