Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the Qualiteam AI Sales & Clinical Support Assistant, an automated conversational system made available exclusively to authorized Qualiteam distributors.

The Assistant is intended to support commercial discussions, provide product education, and provide sizing and usage guidance based strictly on official IFU documents and regulatory-cleared materials.

The Assistant is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or patient-specific medical advice.

2. Nature of the System

The Assistant is a fully automated artificial intelligence system operating without real-time human supervision. Responses are generated algorithmically based on official Qualiteam documentation and structured internal knowledge bases.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations.

3. Clinical Responsibility

The Assistant may provide sizing guidance and usage instructions. It does not evaluate patients, access medical records, or make clinical decisions. Final responsibility for product selection, sizing decisions, clinical application, and compliance with local regulations remains exclusively with the healthcare professional and distributor.

4. Permitted Users
Access is restricted to officially appointed and trained Qualiteam distributors. Authentication is performed via Telegram user identification and a secure authorization code. Users may not share access credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to use the Assistant.

5. Transparency

Users are informed that they are interacting with an AI system. Responses are automatically generated and are not validated by a human prior to delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Assistant is provided as a support tool only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualiteam shall not be liable for clinical decisions made based on Assistant responses, incorrect sizing applications, product misuse, or regulatory non-compliance by distributors or healthcare professionals.

PRIVACY NOTICE

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Qualiteam s.r.l., Italy.

2. Data Processed

The system stores Telegram user ID, authentication records, and conversation logs. Users must not enter patient data, health data, or sensitive personal information.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for authentication, system security, quality improvement, and compliance monitoring.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest in maintaining system security and improving service quality, in accordance with GDPR.

5. Retention Period

Conversation logs and authentication records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Data Subject Rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal obligations. Requests may be directed to Qualiteam s.r.l. at privacy@qualiteam.com
